Hi, i’m Tasha, a new member of the 30’s club, living in a small city in South Wales with my daughter Mollie and partner Mike.  Welcome to my corner of the internet!

I set up this blog in March 2016 as a way to track the changes I was making in leading a healthier lifestyle. I love blogging but soon realised trying to write about just health and fitness is hard work, especially when life gets a bit crazy and you suddenly lose your motivation and you don’t feel very fit or healthy right now. So I now like to think of this blog as a health, fitness, lifestyle and just a bit of everything in general type of blog! Why pick a niche when you can just talk about everything and anything instead right?

Hopefully there will still be some fitness posts thrown in (otherwise I will have to change the name!) but while I regain my motivation I may well just write about everything else that is going on in my life. So grab a cuppa, have a look around and if you like what you see let me know 🙂

  1. It looks like you’re sticking to it for more than a few posts. Bravo! Oh, love the picture. What a beautiful family. Molly is a cutie. Sounds like you are on a path to success. Hang in even when it sucks to do so, and I promise you’ll be more able to reach your next highest goal.

    1. Yes I’ve stick to the fitness since February and the blog since March and I’m really enjoying both! Thank you, Mollie is beautiful. Thank you, definitely have some bad days at the gym but feeling really motivated at the moment!
